Wednesday we went to ballet, we waist no time.
This past Friday, we had the playgroup over to help us celebrate Jolene's day. We played "pass the parcel" and had a good time playing, eating , and talking.
Monday morning, Jolene's real b-day, Brandon made everyone pancakes even though he still had to pull a ten hour day. Jolene and Adele very much enjoyed the special treat.
I decided that it would be fun for Jolene to open a few presents at each meal.
Breakfast: Dorthy the Dinosaur dress-up tail
Lunch: Cinderella doll and felt pieces
Dinner: A new bike
I think she enjoyed the anticipation of each meal.
For dinner Josh, Sarah, Eleni, and Oscar came over to help us celebrate.
This Saturday we are having all the church friends over for another b-day party. In retrospect it probably would have been easier to have the party last Saturday, but thats ok. I really don't think Jolene minds drawing it out over a week.
Here are some pics from all the celebrations. Click on the photo to go to the Kodak slideshow.
P.S. Adele is finally walking! She is funny though. If we are at someone's house, no walking for at least 15-20 minutes. If people are at our house, no walking for about 15-20 minutes.

I thought of Jolene on her birthday! You can give her a late happy birthday wish for me. Opening a present at each meal sounds like a good idea. I will have to see her ballet skills when I see her next!
The pictures are so cute!!! :)
Jolene looks so cute in her ballet outfit!!:)
Love you all!!!

By the way, thanks so much for the sleep advice. I am definitely planning to buy a digital clock- I just haven't been to Wal-mart yet. :) Hope you guys are well!

Happy Birthday Jolene (late)! Such an easy birthday to remember 05/05/05 - I did think of her on her birthday. I can't believe she is THREE!!! The pictures are very cute - especially practising ballet.
I can't believe Jolene is 3 already! My how time flies! Ballet lessons sound great! I'm hoping to do some sort of gymnastics with Jocelyn in the future. It's always good to hear updates from you guys!
